Toast Corporation (business reg. 815-87-02930, Representative: Ha Dong-ho), a corporation incorporated in the Republic of Korea, is the direct seller and operator of the EMORA AI service. Contact: administrator@tryemora.com | +82-10-5170-5136. Payments are processed by Toss Payments Co., Ltd. as payment service provider (PSP). Toast Corporation is the direct merchant for all transactions.
EMORA AI ("EMORA") operates an AI character roleplay platform. Users interact with fictional AI characters via text, image, and video. Accessing or using EMORA constitutes agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, cease use immediately and close your account.
EMORA is open to users of all ages. All core features โ including AI character conversations, exploration, and community participation โ are free and accessible to everyone. Users under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA) must have verifiable parental or guardian consent in accordance with COPPA and GDPR-K. By registering, you confirm that you or your parent/guardian have read and agreed to these Terms. GEM service credit purchases are restricted to users aged 18 or older; all other features remain fully accessible at no cost to users of all ages.

Additional prohibitions: non-consensual content presented approvingly, content inciting violence, doxxing, harassment, malware, or fraud.
The following are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED and result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN plus mandatory reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement:
EMORA is legally required to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC CyberTipline (cybertipline.org). Violators are permanently banned with no refund.
EMORA hosts fictional AI character roleplay, subject to Section 3 and applicable law.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on EMORA.
EMORA processes all payments through Toss Payments Co., Ltd. Korean users: payments are processed in KRW. International users: payments are processed in USD via Toss Payments (๊ตญ์ ๊ฒฐ์ / International Payments). Toast Corporation (business reg. 815-87-02930) is the direct merchant and seller of record for all transactions. Card data is held exclusively by Toss Payments and is never stored on EMORA servers.
For billing inquiries, disputes, or refund requests, contact administrator@tryemora.com. Transaction records will appear under the descriptor EMORA-TOAST.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using EMORA you consent to such collection.
Send DMCA takedown notices to administrator@tryemora.com. Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated.
EMORA's name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks and may not be used without written permission.
Report illegal content, CSAM, or exploitation of minors immediately via:
Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) โ TAKE IT DOWN Act: To request removal of NCII content under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (effective May 19, 2026), email administrator@tryemora.com with subject "NCII Takedown Request." Include a description of the content, any available URL or identifier, and a statement that you are the depicted person or their authorized representative. EMORA will process verified requests within 48 hours.
EMORA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
EMORA may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Last updated: May 2026. These Terms supersede all prior versions.
