1. Service Overview & Acceptance

EMORA AI ("EMORA") operates an adults-only AI character roleplay platform. Users interact with fictional AI characters via text, image, and video. Accessing or using EMORA constitutes agreement to these Terms.

EMORA is strictly for users aged 18 or older. If you do not agree to these Terms, cease use immediately and close your account.

2. Age Requirement & Verification

Access is restricted exclusively to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Date of birth is required at registration for age verification.
• Providing false age information constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account ban and referral to law enforcement.
• Any minor discovered accessing EMORA will be immediately and permanently banned with all data deleted.
• Report minors accessing EMORA to: safety@emora.ai

3. Prohibited Content — Absolute Prohibitions

Additional prohibitions: non-consensual content presented approvingly, content inciting violence, doxxing, harassment, malware, or fraud.

The following are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED and result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN plus mandatory reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement:

• Sexual content involving minors (real or fictional, regardless of stated fictional age).
• Characters whose appearance or description implies they are under 18 in sexual or romantic context.
• School uniforms, childlike mannerisms, or youth imagery combined with sexual content.
• Any material constituting CSAM as defined by applicable law (18 U.S.C. § 2256).
• Incest scenarios involving characters who could be perceived as minors.

EMORA is legally required to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC CyberTipline (cybertipline.org). Violators are permanently banned with no refund.

4. Content Policy — Adult Content

EMORA permits fictional adult (18+) AI roleplay, subject to Section 3 and applicable law.

• All characters are fictional and designated as 18+. No character may be portrayed as under 18.
• Adult content must remain clearly fictional and may not involve real persons without their explicit consent.
• NSFW content requires completed age verification and explicit account-level enablement.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on EMORA.

• Characters for public listing are subject to admin review and approval before becoming visible.
• By submitting content you grant EMORA a non-exclusive license to display and process it to operate the service.
• EMORA may remove content and suspend accounts without prior notice for violations of these Terms.

6. AI Disclosure

• All character responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Characters are not real persons.
• AI-generated images and videos do not depict real individuals unless explicitly stated.
• EMORA does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
• AI characters cannot provide medical or psychological advice or replace human connection.

7. GEM Virtual Currency

• GEMs are a proprietary virtual currency with no monetary value outside EMORA.
• All GEM purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• GEMs cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for real money, or redeemed outside EMORA.
• Accounts terminated for violations forfeit all unused GEMs with no refund.

8. Creator Revenue

• Approved creators earn 20% of GEMs spent by other users on their characters.
• Creator revenue is subject to applicable taxes in the creator's jurisdiction.
• Payouts require a minimum balance and valid payment and tax information.
• Revenue may be withheld or reversed for content policy violations. Rates may change with 30 days' notice.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using EMORA you consent to such collection.

• AI conversations may be reviewed for safety and used anonymously to improve service quality.
• You may request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
• We share data with law enforcement when legally required, including mandatory CSAM reporting.

10. DMCA & Intellectual Property

Send DMCA takedown notices to legal@emora.ai. Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated.

EMORA's name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks and may not be used without written permission.

11. Reporting & Safety

Report illegal content, CSAM, or exploitation of minors immediately via:

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

EMORA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

• EMORA is not liable for AI-generated content, including inaccurate or offensive content.
• EMORA is not liable for third-party user-generated content.
• Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Account Termination

EMORA may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

• Accounts terminated for policy violations forfeit all purchased GEMs with no refund.
• You may close your account at any time via account settings.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
