- Sexual content involving minors — any content that depicts, simulates, glorifies, or suggests sexual activity involving persons under 18, whether real or fictional.
- Characters implied to be under 18 in sexual or romantic contexts — regardless of any stated fictional age, characters whose appearance, description, or framing suggests they are minors will be treated as minors.
- School uniforms + explicit sexual scenarios — combining youth-associated imagery or settings with sexual content is prohibited without exception.
- CSAM in any form — uploading, sharing, generating, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material as defined under applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2256) will be reported to NCMEC via the CyberTipline and to law enforcement immediately.
EMORA is legally required to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC (cybertipline.org) and to cooperate fully with law enforcement. There are no warnings, no appeals, and no exceptions for these violations.
NSFW Content Rules (18+ Users Only)
EMORA permits adult-oriented (18+) fictional AI roleplay for users who have completed age verification and enabled NSFW settings. The following rules apply to all NSFW content:
- All characters must be adults (18+). This must be explicitly established in the character's profile. Any character whose age is ambiguous will be treated as requiring an explicit adult designation before use in sexual or romantic contexts.
- Consensual adult scenarios only. Non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly are prohibited (see "Always Prohibited" below).
- All AI-generated content is fictional. AI characters are not real persons and cannot form real relationships. Content involving real persons requires explicit, verifiable consent.
- NSFW content must be appropriately labeled and is not visible to users who have not enabled NSFW settings.
- EMORA reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict any NSFW content that violates these guidelines or poses legal risk to the platform.
Always Prohibited Content
Regardless of age verification status or NSFW settings, the following content is never permitted:
- Real person sexual impersonation — sexual content involving real, identifiable individuals without their explicit and verifiable consent.
- Doxxing — sharing or soliciting real personal information about any individual (home address, phone number, workplace, etc.).
- Non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly — content that glorifies, celebrates, or normalizes sexual assault, coercion, or other non-consensual activity.
- Minors in any romantic or sexual context — characters who are, appear to be, or are implied to be under 18 years of age in any romantic or sexual scenario. This is a zero-tolerance policy (see above).
- Content designed to harass, stalk, threaten, or cause harm to real individuals.
- Content that incites real-world violence, terrorism, or hate crimes.
- Malware, phishing, spam, or fraudulent content of any kind.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:
- In-platform reporting: Use the report button on any character, message, post, or user profile.

- CSAM — mandatory external reporting: If you discover or suspect Child Sexual Abuse Material anywhere online, report it directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (NCMEC CyberTipline (cybertipline.org). Do not wait — EMORA is also legally required to report, but you can report independently..
All reports are reviewed by our safety team. We protect reporter privacy and do not share reporter identities with the subject of the report.
Enforcement & Consequences
EMORA applies a tiered enforcement system for violations of these guidelines:
First Violation
Written warning and immediate removal of the violating content. Repeat violations escalate automatically.
Second Violation
30-day account suspension and removal of all violating content. All GEMs and creator earnings are frozen during suspension.
Severe / Repeated
Permanent account ban. All purchased GEMs and creator earnings are forfeited. The account email and device fingerprint are flagged to prevent re-registration.
CSAM
Immediate permanent ban. Mandatory report to NCMEC CyberTipline. Full cooperation with law enforcement, including providing account data, IP addresses, and device information as required by law. No appeals.
EMORA reserves the right to accelerate enforcement at any stage based on the severity of the violation. Decisions on severe violations are final.
