Platform Overview

EMORA AI ("EMORA," "we," "us," or "our") operates an adults-only AI character roleplay platform. EMORA is a text-based and AI-image-based fictional character platform. All characters, conversations, and generated imagery on EMORA are entirely fictional and produced by artificial intelligence systems.

EMORA does not produce, host, distribute, or facilitate the production or distribution of any content depicting real human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2).

18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A Record-Keeping Requirements — Compliance Statement

18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A impose record-keeping and labeling requirements on producers of certain visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because EMORA generates all visual content exclusively through artificial intelligence — and does not employ, hire, contract, or otherwise involve real human performers in the creation of any content — the statute's requirements are applied to EMORA as follows:

1. AI-Generated Content — No Real Persons Depicted

All visual imagery produced on or by EMORA — including character avatars, AI-generated illustrations, and any other visual output — is created entirely through generative AI models (including diffusion-based image generation systems). These outputs:

• Do not depict real, identifiable human beings. No real person appears in or is used as the basis for EMORA's AI-generated character imagery.
• Are entirely fictional. All EMORA characters are invented fictional entities that do not correspond to any real, living, or deceased individual.
• Are produced without the use of any human performer, model, or subject in the production process.

Accordingly, EMORA's AI-generated visual content does not trigger the record-keeping and labeling obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or § 2257A as those statutes apply to depictions of actual human beings. However, EMORA voluntarily maintains this compliance statement and its content safeguards described below in the spirit of the statutes' child protection objectives.

2. All Characters Depicted as Adults (18+)

EMORA maintains a strict, non-negotiable platform policy that all characters — whether created by EMORA or by users — are designated as adults aged 18 years or older.

• No character on EMORA may be described, portrayed, framed, or implied as being under 18 years of age in any context, including in any sexual, romantic, or adult roleplay context.
• EMORA's character creation system requires age attestation: creators must confirm that any character submitted for the platform is intended to represent an adult aged 18 or older.
• AI image generation systems are configured to refuse requests for imagery that depicts or implies minor subjects in any context. Prompts that attempt to generate imagery of minors are blocked at the system level.
• EMORA's AI systems are instructed through system-level controls to generate characters that are unambiguously adult in appearance and context.

3. Prohibition on Content Depicting Minors

EMORA maintains an absolute, zero-tolerance prohibition on any content that depicts, simulates, suggests, glorifies, or normalizes sexual activity involving minors. This prohibition applies without exception to:

• All user-generated characters, regardless of any stated fictional age — if a character's visual design, written description, or roleplay context could reasonably be interpreted as depicting a person under 18 in a sexual context, it is prohibited.
• AI-generated imagery produced by EMORA's systems.
• Any text-based roleplay, story, or conversation that sexualizes minor characters.
• Any uploaded reference images, avatars, or other creator-submitted visual materials depicting minors in sexual contexts.

Violations of this prohibition will result in immediate and permanent account termination, deletion of all associated content, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and applicable law enforcement authorities. EMORA cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

CSAM Reporting & Law Enforcement Cooperation

EMORA AI has registered as an Electronic Service Provider (ESP) with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We are required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A to report any apparent violations of federal child pornography laws to NCMEC's CyberTipline.

Any user found creating, sharing, or attempting to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be:

• Immediately and permanently banned
• Reported to NCMEC CyberTipline
• Reported to relevant law enforcement authorities
• Subject to full cooperation with any law enforcement investigation

4. Creator-Submitted Reference Images — Age Attestation

In cases where creators submit reference images for use in character creation (e.g., for LoRA-based character customization or avatar uploads), EMORA requires the submitting creator to provide age attestation affirming that:

• Any person depicted in the submitted reference image is an adult aged 18 years or older at the time the image was created.
• The creator possesses the legal right to use the submitted image for the stated purpose.
• The submitted image does not depict any person in a manner that violates applicable law.

EMORA reserves the right to refuse, remove, or request verification for any submitted reference image where age verification cannot be confirmed. Reference images that cannot be verified as depicting adults will not be used in character generation.

Creators who submit reference images are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A with respect to any real persons depicted in materials they submit. EMORA is not the primary or secondary producer of content where the real-person source material was created by a third party.

5. User Age Verification

EMORA is an adults-only platform. Access to any part of EMORA requires users to attest that they are at least 18 years of age. Additional age verification measures are required for access to NSFW (adult) content. EMORA reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.

6. Custodian of Records

Pursuant to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A, and as they apply to any materials on this platform involving real human subjects (including any creator-submitted reference imagery), the Custodian of Records for EMORA AI is:

Records pertaining to creator-submitted reference imagery are maintained on file and available for inspection by authorized government personnel as required by law.
